Responsibilities: • Mixed role (FOH/BOH), • Assisting with basic food preparation, • Cleaning and sanitising all equipment, tableware and utensils, • Setting up buffet & food areas in a safe and orderly manner, • Maintain a clean and safe work environment., • Perform inventory checks., • Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety protocols., • Being fully knowledgeable about allergens and their handling., • Transporting food from the kitchen to the office in a safe and responsible manner. As part of the team, you will undertake various activities and represent Maison Gigi in the offices being catered, a well-spoken English as well as knowledge of the products and allergens is essential.
