Volunteers are central to the impact we make, and we're now looking for a Volunteer Lead to help shape, grow and champion our volunteer offer across our over-25s accommodation-related support service in Warwickshire. As our Volunteer Lead, you'll develop meaningful volunteering opportunities, build strong community relationships and support volunteers from first enquiry through to active involvement. It's a role for someone who thrives on connection, collaboration and creating opportunities that genuinely change lives. What You'll Do Develop volunteering pathways across the service, including student, corporate and buddy roles. Promote opportunities through events, social media and local networks. Lead on volunteer recruitment, induction and ongoing support. Build partnerships with statutory, voluntary and community organisations. Gather feedback and produce clear reports to strengthen our volunteer offer. What You Bring Experience supporting vulnerable individuals and working in community or support settings. Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills. Understanding of equality, diversity, and the issues affecting people in our services. Confident use of email and Word, with accurate record-keeping. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
