This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader who enjoys managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences within a fast-paced environment. You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the site, overseeing customer service, team leadership, stock flow, operational standards, community engagement, and financial performance. The Role As Retail Manager, you will lead from the front, creating a positive and high-performing culture while ensuring the operation runs efficiently and achieves key performance targets. You will manage a sizeable team of employees and volunteers, optimise donations and sales, maintain exceptional operational standards, and build strong relationships within the local community.
