Ace Pizza is looking for an experienced pizza chef to join the team at our Finsbury Park site on a part time basis initially although there may be opportunity for full time hours in the future. Our pizza is made with love with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough. We’re not Neapolitan so don’t apply if that’s what you’re looking for. You should be confident in hand-shaping and stretching lots of pizza during service and be responsible for organizing the dough and food prep schedules.
