This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of reporting for a large-scale shared service environment, helping to define how a central reporting capability will operate at significant scale. The Opportunity As Hub Reporting Manager, you’ll own the vision and assurance for a future central reporting service supporting a large and complex organisation. This is a senior role requiring a rare combination of Oracle Cloud and reporting expertise, strategic thinking, technical credibility and strong stakeholder leadership. You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, helping to define what the future reporting service should look like and ensuring the solutions delivered are scalable, sustainable, secure and fit for purpose. We make video ads for e-commerce brands, supplements, fragrance, apparel, pet, and we manage around £30M a year in ad spend for them. Six months ago we started an AI branch, making ads using tools that most agencies still haven't figured out. It's grown fast: 20+ clients and a team of 15. This role is for that side of the business, working alongside a creative strategy team of five. You'd write scripts for video ads. Someone talking to camera about why a supplement changed their sleep, two people arguing about a skincare claim, a founder explaining why they started the company, that sort of thing. Check out our website to see the type of ads we make - Mtrxmedia.com A normal day is watching the ads that came back from the editors, writing two or three scripts, sitting down as a group to pull apart ads that are working and figure out why, and reworking your own scripts off feedback. You'd start at around ten scripts a week. That grows as you find your feet. Honestly, someone who likes writing. Not someone who writes because they have to, but someone who enjoys the puzzle of it, getting a sentence to land, finding the phrase that makes something click. Beyond that: you're organised. You keep track of your own deadlines and you don't need chasing. And you can take feedback on your writing without it stinging too much, because your first month will come back covered in notes. Everyone's does. We mean this. You don't need advertising experience, a marketing degree, or a portfolio. Nobody on our team arrived knowing how to do this, it's a new enough field that there was nowhere to learn it. We'll teach you direct response copywriting, how to write a hook, how to read what an audience already believes and what they need to hear, and how to use the AI production stack. It's proper training on live client work, not theory, and you'll be sat with people doing it every day. 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, in the office. The late start is deliberate — it misses rush hour and gives you your mornings £24,000 a year to begin with with scope and a plan to go to £72000 a year. You’ll know exactly what the next step needs. Most people who take this seriously move up quickly in the first year. It's five days a week in person, in Birmingham or Leamington Spa. It's a fast-moving place with real client deadlines. And the starting salary is genuinely a starting salary — it reflects that we’re training you, and it doesn't stay there for long. • Direct mentorship that will compress a decade of agency experience into record time, • All-expenses-paid team retreats (in December we took the whole team to Bali), • Path to becoming a true decision-maker in a rapidly growing agency, • Exposure to high-level client relationships and strategy, • Being part of building something significant – we're on track to be one of the biggest in the UK #J-18808-Ljbffr
