Based in a ghost kitchen, this is a hands on role ideal for someone confident working independently and managing all aspects of kitchen operations during evening service. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, packing, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You’ll be working solo during shifts and closely supported by the owner during initial training. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with strong food safety knowledge who are looking for flexible weekend work and experience in an independent kitchen setting.
