They are looking for a Sales & Events Manager to take full ownership of the function on-site, bridging the gap between sales and operations and ensuring every booking lands properly and delivers. This role is hands-on. It suits someone who wants to be on the ground, building relationships, driving revenue, and seeing events through from first enquiry to execution. There is flexibility built in, but the expectation is clear - if you bring in the business, you own the experience.
