Key Responsibilities • Conduct on-site sampling and testing of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt, • Prepare and maintain vehicles, tools, and testing equipment before and after site visits, • Accurately complete test sheets and input data using tablets or digital systems, • Liaise with senior staff regarding work schedules, sample requirements, and testing procedures, • Follow all quality control and health & safety procedures on site, • Proven field-based experience in construction materials testing, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Self-motivated, proactive, and well organised, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Full, clean UK driving licence, • Experience in a UKAS-accredited testing xrnqpay environment, • Knowledge of relevant testing standards and procedures, • Competitive salary (dependent on experience), plus overtime and enhanced weekend rates, • 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), • Annual Leave Buy & Sell Scheme, • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Pay, • Continuous training and professional development opportunities, • Medical cashback plan, • Death in service scheme and financial wellbeing support, • Family-friendly health and wellbeing policies and a strong worklife balance culture
