SEND LSA / Special Needs Learning Support Assistants required for Sept. My client based in Exeter is looking for consistent support staff within their Special Needs school! Being adaptable and versatile will set you a field above the rest and having a willingness to integrate into the wider school and learn on the job will stand you in very good stead! Regular positions will be available to the right LSA, and in-depth knowledge of SEND will be critical to being successful in this role. This is a through education facility offering an alternative approach to education for children between the ages of 5 and 16 years old. The leadership team are looking for versatile SEND LSAs / Special Needs Leaning Support Assistants to work in a regular supply capacity with children with a variation of needs. These can be from behavioural needs and Social and Emotional Mental Health issues to complex and physical disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a welcoming team who care about your progression! You will be able to learn new aspects of SEND education, train on the job, and do so with the flexibility of hours that you decide to work!
