Candidate Requirements * Strong interest in IT and enthusiasm to learn. * Basic knowledge of Windows, iOS, Google devices, MS365, or networking (development support provided). * Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. * Organised, proactive, able to work both independently and in a team. * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Main Responsibilities * Act as the first point of contact for IT support within schools. * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. * Deliver friendly, helpful support remotely and on-site. * Work with a wide range of technologies including laptops, tablets, cloud platforms, wireless networks, AV equipment, and more. * Collaborate with school staff, internal teams and external partners.
