Location: South London (Primary base: Croydon) Start Date: 9 March 2026 Duration: 12 weeks (initial) Hours: 40 hours per week Positions Available: 3 Rate: • PAYE: £20.67 per hour This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, inspection, and testing services to residential properties across South London. The Role You will work as part of an in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), carrying out reactive and planned electrical works in occupied and void properties. The role involves testing, inspections, fault-finding, reporting, and compliance work in line with current regulations. There is also the opportunity to participate in out-of-hours work, which will increase overall earnings. Key Responsibilities • Deliver electrical repairs and maintenance services to residential properties, • Carry out electrical testing, surveys, inspections, and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), • Complete detailed compliance and inspection reports, • Ensure all works meet current wiring regulations and safety standards, • Work collaboratively with internal teams and service partners, • Attend site-based interviews where required (online interviews also available)Essential Qualifications & ExperienceElectrical Installation – Must hold ONE of the following, • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation + AM2, • City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2, • City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 & 3, • City & Guilds 2365 Levels 2 & 3 + AM2, • City & Guilds 2357 + AM2, • Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker (2346) + AM2EInspection & Testing – Must hold ONE, • City & Guilds 2391 Periodic Inspection & Testing, • City & Guilds 2395 Inspection & TestingWiring Regulations – Mandatory, • City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition – 2018/2020)Additional Requirements, • Minimum 5 years’ electrical maintenance/installation experience, • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points, no serious offences in last 10 years), • Minimum 2 years’ driving experience, • Willingness to work across South London, • Ability to work inside IR35
