Were looking for ahighly organised collaborative and career-focused Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced varied finance environment is eager to learn and wants to develop new skills while supporting the smooth running of our finance operations. What youll be doing As Finance Assistant youll be an essential part of our Finance team working closely with colleagues to manage reconciliations expenses invoices and project administration. Youll report to the Senior Finance Manager gaining exposure to new finance projects and developing your career in a dynamic supportive environment. Key responsibilities include: • Reconciling and processing all company credit cards., • Checking and processing staff expenses., • Monitoring the accounts payable inbox and managing invoice authorisations through Acumatica., • Managing project administration in the accounting and expenses systems., • Providing general administrative and finance support to the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director., • Assisting on ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as required.
