Description Join S&S Tire’s corporate team as the Accounts Receivable Manager, responsible for leading the AR department and managing everyday billing, reconciliation, and collections activities. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll play a key role in managing key accounts and ensuring smooth coordination between AR, Cash Application, Sales, and Finance departments. Our ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to support our growth across commercial, wholesale, and retread operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & Billing Operations • Oversee invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and collections functions., • Maintain accurate, organized, timely, and confidential financial records and reports., • Research and resolve escalated customer and accounting inquiries., • Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented in internal systems., • Manage daily AR activities including credit, collections, and customer account maintenance., • Supervise a team of 4 AR Specialists, including hiring, training, development, and coaching., • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employment status of direct reports., • Assign and evaluate work, conduct performance reviews, and support employee growth., • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve account discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy., • Serve as a key contact for executive-level account relationships and escalations. Experience & Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, credit, and collections., • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field., • Proven experience managing key customer accounts and delivering exceptional service., • Prior supervisory or people management experience required., • Familiarity with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)., • Experience using MaddenCo or similar POS/inventory/AR platforms is a plus., • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to manage high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency., • Skilled in maintaining financial records, posting transactions, and account reconciliation., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software., • Compensation Range starts at $68,000 and is negotiable based on your skills and experience, • Full-Time, Permanent Position.
