Job Title: BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician Location: Near Lexington, Kentucky Job Summary: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a well-established, community-based cancer treatment facility located near Lexington, Kentucky. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions in adult patients., • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients., • Perform and oversee chemotherapy treatments, ensuring patient safety and effective management of side effects., • Utilize advanced technology and techniques such as CT Simulation, Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), and Three-Dimensional Treatment Planning for comprehensive cancer care., • Work closely with other specialists and allied healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care, including participation in case discussions and tumor board meetings., • Treats over 1,000 new cancer patients annually in the Lexington area, providing a broad and diverse patient base., • Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a highly trained support team to aid in comprehensive patient care., • MD or DO degree with a completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology., • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology., • Valid Kentucky medical license or eligibility for licensure in Kentucky., • Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care., • Competitive compensation package with productivity incentives., • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage., • Generous CME allowance and opportunities for professional development., • Support for work-life balance with a predictable schedule., • Opportunities for career growth within an expanding, reputable healthcare group.
