Assistant Store Manager – Retail Shop We are a busy and well-established retail store seeking a dedicated professional to assist with store management and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy (in-person and/or telehealth) to adults dealing with trauma, self-sabotage, chronic self-doubt, and relationship challenges. Conduct clinical assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate with Leidy Quispe (CEO) and participate in ongoing consultation and training Maintain detailed, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice policies. Keep updated and timely therapy notes for clients Provide high-quality care while contributing to a collaborative team environment that values clinical independence, professional integrity, and adherence to established practice protocols. Actively contribute to the evolving culture and growth of the practice through thoughtful feedback and participation in team initiatives. Maintain all necessary licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements in accordance with state and ethical standards. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Active independent licensure in New Jersey (LAC). Minimum of 6 months of post-graduate clinical experience Open to be trained in our Proprietary Method and integrate it as your core clinical framework. Experience or strong interest in EMDR, inner child work, or somatic-based approaches. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
