Pay: $65,000/year What You Will Do: • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to source job openings and secure employment and vocational training for our program participants., • Utilize various methods including networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing to find the best opportunities., • Conduct thorough reviews of participant assessments to ensure alignment with business requirements, including skills, experience, career aspirations, and accommodation., • Develop and maintain robust relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders to establish a strong talent pipeline., • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to provide strategic recommendations and insights to participants., • Work closely with job developers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on participant pipelines and market trends., • Coordinate interviews between participants and business partners and facilitate the negotiation process to secure successful placements., • Ensure a positive participant experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to enhance employer branding and foster long-term relationships., • Develop job leads by contacting employers in target industries, responding to job postings and ads, and conducting internet searches., • Maintain communication with employers and report findings to the vocational team., • Prepare reports and correspondence regarding job development and placement efforts. Work Hours/Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Community Mainstreaming Associates is an equal opportunity employer.
