The business evolved from a New York boutique into a digital-first brand focused on fit, style, and customer experience. Role Overview We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to own and execute paid social campaigns while supporting influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and influencer platforms. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing performance, and scaling acquisition through paid social and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Paid Social (Primary Focus) • Own day-to-day execution of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, • Launch, test, and optimize campaigns across:, • Prospecting (broad, interest, lookalike), • Retargeting, • Advantage+ / ASC campaigns, • Monitor and optimize KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, • Conduct A/B testing across:, • Creative (UGC, statics, video), • Copy and hooks, • Audience segments, • Collaborate with creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts, • Manage influencer campaigns via platforms like Rakuten and LTK, • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with brand positioning, • Track and optimize affiliate performance (ROAS, revenue, commissions), • Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign briefs, • Post and schedule content across Instagram and other channels, • Ensure consistency between paid and organic messaging, • Support content calendar planning and trend integration Qualifications • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in paid social (Meta required), • Proven track record managing performance-driven eCommerce campaigns, • Experience with influencer platforms like Rakuten and/or LTK, • Strong analytical skills (comfortable with data, reporting, and optimization), • Familiarity with Shopify and GA4 is a plus, • Strong communication and organization skills, • Consistently hitting or exceeding ROAS and CPA targets, • Scaling paid social spend efficiently, • Building a reliable influencer pipeline that drives incremental revenue, • Experience scaling DTC brands, • UGC creative strategy experience, • Familiarity with TikTok Ads or YouTube Shorts, • Experience working with fashion/apparel brands, • High-growth eCommerce brand with strong product-market fit, • Direct ownership over performance channels (real impact), • Opportunity to build both paid social + influencer ecosystem, • Collaborative, fast-paced environment
