The essential function of the Master Electrical Service Technician is to provide general electrical repair and services to Hutchinson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling South Jersey customers. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair electrical components in a residential environment, • Provide excellent customer service, • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle, • Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer, • Obtain customer authorization/signature for payment (or financing) at completion of job, • Meeting predetermined targets and sales goals, • Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace options, • Assist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations (as indicated), • Meet or exceed performance minimum standards, • Use your New Jersey Master Electrician license to help the company obtain necessary electrical permits for residential, and at times commercial projects, • Provide on-time service to our customers by running electrical service calls, • Review electrical plans and ensure they comply with local regulations and codes, • Act as the point of contact for all inspections and regulatory requirements related to permits, • Provide occasional support and oversight to junior electricians and other team members, • Ensure timely submission of permit applications and responses to any related inquiries from local authorities, • Be available for site visits or inspections as needed for permit compliance Job Requirements • 10+ years' electrician experience, • At least 2 years residential experience required, • Master Electrical License Required, • Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education., • Experienced in residential service preferred but not required., • Knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to apply them in a practical manner on each job., • Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes., • Ability to draw simple diagrams and can read blue prints and other diagrams., • Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license., • Willingness to work overtime and "on call" shifts as needed, • Master NJ Electrical license, • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a licensed electrician, • In-depth knowledge of local electrical codes and permit requirements in NJ, • Proven ability to work efficiently with local permitting agencies and inspectors, • $10K SIGN ON BONUS!!!, • Competitive Hourly Wages up to $50 hr. + Monthly Bonuses, • Flexible work hours – Monday through Friday, • Potential for long-term collaboration and leadership growth with the company, • We offer consistent and reliable full-time work year round, • Health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, • Company-paid PTO and Paid Holidays, • 401(k) retirement plan with company-matching contributions, • Employee Discounts Why join our team? • Ability to make over $100,000 a year!, • Plenty of advancement opportunities, • Highly competitive benefits package, • Full-time, year-round work schedule, • 401k company match, • Paid vacations AND birthdays, • Holiday Pay Job Posted by ApplicantPro

Job DescriptionJob Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description The Laboratory Technician is responsible for maintaining production and quality performance levels, as well as efficiently using manufacturing equipment. This role requires adherence to established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practice. The position will float between the Micro and Rubber Labs. Responsibilities • Conduct daily testing on the site's water systems to ensure microbiological cleanliness requirements are met., • Perform cleanliness level testing in cleanrooms to ensure appropriate surface and air quality., • Carry out chemistry-related testing on raw materials, sample tests, and release batches according to SOPs., • Conduct special tests or experiments as needed, including bioburden, endotoxin, particulate testing, swell, coring, fragmentation, penetration force, moisture analysis, volatile sulphides, percent ash, and UV absorbance., • Evaluate and sample test Rubber and Aluminum raw materials and supplies according to SOPs & WIs for conformance to specifications., • Sample, test, and release in-process rubber batches according to SOPs & WIs for conformance to formulation specifications, including durometer, specific gravity, visual inspection, turbidity, and spectrochemical analysis., • Establish and maintain related electronic and hard files.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in microbiology, quality control, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), environmental monitoring, and aseptic technique., • Experience with endotoxin and bioburden testing.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related science., • At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment; 3 years minimum experience preferred.
