The Opportunity We are actively recruiting experienced, professional independent cargo van/sprinter van drivers to join our contractor network in Springfield, IL. As a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule while benefiting from consistent freight volume, weekly pay, and dedicated support. What We Offer • Consistent, year-round delivery routes in the Springfield metro area, • Competitive Commissions, • Weekly direct deposit payments, • Flexible scheduling — you choose when you work, • Dedicated dispatch support available during operating hours, • No forced dispatch — accept only the loads that work for you, • Opportunity for route growth and expanded earnings over time Requirements Vehicle Requirements: • Own a cargo van (Transit, Promaster, Sprinter, or equivalent), • Vehicle must be 2010 or newer in good working condition, • No rental or leased vehicles, • Valid vehicle registration and current auto insurance Driver Requirements: • Valid U.S. driver's license with clean MVR, • Minimum 2 years of driving experience (delivery experience preferred), • Must be at least 21 years of age, • Ability to pass a background check and MVR review, • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, • Smartphone with data plan for route and dispatch communication, • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work authorization Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience as an independent contractor delivery driver, • Familiarity with Springfield, IL streets and surrounding communities, • Experience with delivery apps or logistics platforms (Amazon Flex, Roadie, GoShare, etc.), • COI (Certificate of Insurance) with commercial auto liability Compensation Top-performing drivers in our network can earn between 1250-1800/week.
