As we expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated FedEx Pickup and Delivery Drivers to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Will start at $150-170 a DAY and will increase with Performance!! PAID WEEKLY!! Previous experience is a plus but is not required! Drivers will be operating out of the Alliance (762) terminal and will be making deliveries in Argyle and surrounding areas. Job Description: As a FedEx Ground Pickup and Delivery Driver at Bay South Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods. Your responsibilities will include: • Safely and responsibly operating company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to pick up and deliver various items., • Following established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries., • Loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging., • Inspecting and maintaining the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition., • Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members., • Adhering to all safety and traffic regulations., • Keeping accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record., • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus., • Strong knowledge of local roads and routes., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Ability to lift heavy packages (0-150 lbs) with the aid of dollies., • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety., • Flexibility to work varying shifts., • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary with additional pay., • High school diploma or equivalent. FLEX ROUTE DRIVER Pay: $1.05/stop Plus Gas stipend Details: You’ll be delivering packages using your own vehicle (similar to Amazon Flex style). Pick-ups are made directly from our terminal. Flexible scheduling available – part-time or full-time.
