Start Date: September 2025 Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends. 100% on-site in Placentia, CA. Job Overview We are looking for a driven and passionate Marketing Associate to join our team at our headquarters in Placentia, California. The ideal candidate is a professional with a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and an eagerness to grow in marketing field. The associate will work under the direction of the CEO to elevate our brand's presence, maintain customer service excellence, and assist with operational tasks. This is a part-time position with potential to transition into full-time based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand and cultural values., • Collaborate with leadership and operation team to develop and implement culturally relevant campaigns., • Execute and manage content across all digital platforms, ensuring timely publication and alignment with our marketing objectives. (Include editing video, filming, doing voiceovers, writing captions, etc.), • Support the growth of our social media presence by engaging with the community and contributing to content ideas., • Support the brand in monitoring and analyzing social media trends and customer feedback to help position our brand effectively., • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media metrics., • Provide timely and empathetic responses to inquiries across all platforms to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction., • Support showroom operations by facilitating appointments and providing customer service during try-on sessions., • Assist with operational tasks related to order fulfillment, including inventory checks, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and processes., • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field., • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, ideally in the retail or fashion industry preferred., • At least 2 years of customer service experience required., • Demonstrated passion for Vietnamese culture and a desire to promote Ao Dai through various marketing channels., • A strong passion for marketing and content creation., • Very comfortable being both in front of and behind the camera., • Skilled in content creation and social media management, with experience using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok., • Proficient with digital tools such as Canva, Capcut, and content management systems., • Creative, innovative, and analytical thinker with attention to detail., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Intermediate proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred., • Opportunity to become full-time, • Retirement plan, • Hands-on work experience, • Close mentorship with leadership, • Build a unique and dynamic portfolio, • Flexible work schedule, • Fun, creative team environment, • Opportunity for a permanent role, • First dibs on new arrivals, • Family discount Ao Dai by Cute Sass is a pioneering Áo Dài brand in America and the world’s first and most inclusive Áo Dài brand.
