The Opportunity: BYREDO is seeking a store manager in the fashion/beauty industry who is responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers, top clients and VIPs, in order to guarantee store business goals. They represent the company and is proactive sales professional who guarantee compliance with all procedures set by Headquarters and aimed at managing store staff and ensuring that the store runs efficiently. What you’ll get to do: Client Experience • Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury businesses to promote customer loyalty (especially with VIC/VIP)., • Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and maintenance of the qualitative standards required by the brand., • Maintain and build client relationships using CRM tools i.e Byredo Client App, • Actively lead by example on the sales floor, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration., • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability., • Provide coaching and development plans for the sales team to enhance performance and achieve growth goals., • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize results., • Sales driven, social, open and ambitious team player with drive and optimism., • Create development plans for sales staff and management, • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor with an emphasis on VIC/VIP relationship, • Implement action plans to achieve sales target and P&L, • Recruit, onboard, and train top talent, in alignment with Byredo’s brand values and culture., • Conduct performance evaluations and create succession plans to support team development., • Provide feedback and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a high-performance team., • Organize and execute in-store events to drive traffic and elevate client experiences, building connections with local and international communities., • Collaborate with leadership and HQ to align events with the brand’s vision and goals. We'd love to meet you if you have: • 5+ years of experience as a luxury Store Manager., • 5 years of experience in makeup and/or beauty retail., • Proven expertise in clienteling and driving sales in a luxury environment., • A deep understanding of market trends, product sensitivity, and the luxury retail landscape., • Agility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment., • Open availability, including during holidays and peak seasons., • Open availability from Monday to Sunday with the ability to work a variety of shifts with one weekend off each month., • Strong clienteling skills and able to drive sales, • Excellent Excel and Word literacy, and power point knowledge a must., • Foreign language skills a plus., • Displays product sensitivity and a strong market/fashion trend knowledge Compensation: As required by the California state salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is between $80,000 –$90,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
