We are currently experiencing growing pains and seeking a qualified candidate to strengthen our team. The creation of this position is expected to strengthen the design department by bringing in experience, know how, and manpower. In general, you will be responsible for all aspects of drawing package development. You will function in different roles from time to time depending on needs such as estimating, customer coordination, drawing production, and checking. You will be expected to manage your time and multiple simultaneous projects. You will work closely with engineers, draftsman, shop managers, CNC operators, fitters, procurement, QC, and customers. You are expected to be a strong member of a highly productive team.
