Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The bartender is responsible for making, mixing, pouring and/or creating frozen daiquiris, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to the guests of the bar and store. Providing prompt and friendly service, stocking and maintaining a clean and orderly bar area. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs., • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times., • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards., • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment., • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures., • Make employment and termination decisions., • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations., • Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development., • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner., • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs., • Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures., • Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis., • Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met., • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures., • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests., • Develop, plan and carry out restaurant marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns with guidance from the restaurant owners. Keep a calendar of events and inform the staff when special arrangements or training needs to be done., • Watch for and deter theft (including eating on the line, giving away food, etc.) by managing employees on shift and watching food costs through purchasing., • Become an expert on the Point of Sale (POS) system with the intention to solve any problem that might arise. This skill set is also intended to help/train employees with procedures and to overcome situations that are atypical and require management support. Additionally, as an expert in Revention you will have access to management areas within the system and you will be asked to perform duties in line with your job description., • As the General Manager you will be solely responsible for training new hires yourself or by coordinating a training schedule with your Kitchen Manager, Front of House Manager, or Assistant Manager. If a shift leader needs to be used as a trainer, it will need approved by the GM or owner of the store., • Communicate professionally with the entire staff to provide them with the utmost respect. This communication is the key to keeping up to speed with the daily operations of the restaurant and understanding the staff's perspective., • Coordinating with the Kitchen Manager, Front of House Manager, or Assistant Manager to create the work schedule for personnel. When creating this schedule, it is necessary to consult employee requests, GM requests, special events, holidays, etc. If there is a no call / no show situation or if a shift cannot be filled, it is the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager or AGM to fill that shift themselves. All scheduling issues, as such, need to be coordinated with the GM., • Responsible for all product / supply ordering and vendor relations. Some of these responsibilities can be delegated to a Kitchen Manager or AGM; however, the General Manager is ultimately responsible for accurate ordering and maintaining proper food, alcohol, and maintenance costs., • Must receive a State and Local Liquor License within 30 days of employment. Must receive a ServSafe Certificate within the first 45 days of employment. QUALIFICATIONS • Be 21 years of age., • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area., • Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions., • Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system., • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 15 hours)., • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds., • Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week., • Ability to work well with and manager others, • Be able to communicate clearly, politely, and concisely with our staff., • Must have expert knowledge of general kitchen and cooking/prepping procedures and functions., • Must have expert knowledge of the general front of house procedures and functions., • Finally, must have an overall understanding of management's goals and philosophies of store operations.

Responsibilities of a Cashier Sales Associate: • Welcome all guests with “Welcome to Grab-N-Geaux”, • Scan goods and make sure pricing is accurate, • Verify age of guests if they are purchasing alcohol or tobacco products or lottery tickets in accordance to Louisiana state laws, • Calculate and return change when required by the payment method, • Issue receipts, change or lottery tickets, • Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts, • Follows safe food handling procedures in accordance with the Health Department, • Clean and maintain restrooms throughout the shift, • Work as a team to meet store goals, • Guide guests’ relevant information on any guest complaints, • Maintain clean and tidy checkout area, • Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise using FIFO method, • Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information according to guest loyalty program, • Must be 18 years or older, • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required, • Previous customer service experience preferred, • Previous cash handling experience preferred, • Basic math and counting skills required (add, subtract, multiply and divide), • Demonstrate communication skills, both written and verbal, • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, of up to 30-40 lbs., • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, • Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evening, weekends, or holidays, • Complete the Louisiana Vendor Permit Card (Bar Card) before start date Pay: $10-$11 Benefits: • 35% Employee discount [only while clocked in], • Monday-Sunday

The Cashier ensures proper ticket handling and guest payments while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Cashier is responsible for taking payments and assisting guests as they enter or exit the property. The Cashier works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cash handling procedures as well as safety standards are met at all times. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for performing cash transactions with accuracy and precision, • Keeping your cash organized and knowing what you have on hand, • Ensuring your cash and tickets are sorted throughout the day, • Preparing your cash control/summary sheets with accuracy and neatness, • Reporting all overages and shortages, • Making sure you plan ahead to have adequate change on hand, • Completing all Reimagined documents completely, accurately and neatly, • Responsible for keeping work environment neat and organized at all times, • Cleaning and organizing the interior of booth, • Cleaning the booth windows, • Ensuring the signage and equipment on the lot is continuously wiped down and free of vandalism and graffiti, • Walking through the parking lot and picking up any excess garbage and changing bags in garbage cans, • Ensuring supplies are properly stacked and organized at all times, • Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, • Ensuring the windows and doors are locked and cash is taken with you if you have to leave the booth for any reason, • Securing your monies and control sheets by putting them in a deposit bag and keeping it secure prior to their deposit, • Report all odd occurrences or strange persons on the lot to your supervisor immediately, • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that your timecard is punched at the beginning and end of your shift, • Adhering to the Reimagined Parking dress code for proper attire and grooming, • Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures, • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers, • Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary, • Issue and or collect visitor parking tickets, • Match visitor ticket forms when original tickets cannot located, • Complete shift/daily reconciliation of receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within cashier drawer, • Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures, • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashier’s booth, • Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when required, • Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead, • Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates, • Other duties as may be assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Ability to verbally communicate with guests, • Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments, • At least 18 years of age, • Basic math skills, • Experience with cash handling is an asset, • Previous customer service experience, preferred BenefitsJoin our team and enjoy an outstanding benefits package, including: (Full Time Only) Generous Paid Time Off: Enjoy 10 days of paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays, so you can rest and recharge.
