Techneaux is currently looking for a qualified full-time IT Sales Representative to join our Business Information Technology Services (BITS) team. We’re seeking a driven and consultative IT Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers across industries. Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up., • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client challenges., • Develop customized IT solutions leveraging our product/service portfolio., • Present proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals., • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)., • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation., • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets., • B2B sales experience preferred., • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas., • Strong understanding of IT products/services (cloud, networking, cybersecurity, etc.)., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Experience using CRM platforms.
