We are expanding our New Construction Division and seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong background in painting, waterproofing, and roofing project management. Key Responsibilities • Manage commercial painting projects in new construction, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality., • Lead and coordinate waterproofing scopes (sealants, elastomeric coatings, membranes) and roofing scopes (TPO, PVC, EPDM, roof coatings)., • Conduct site visits, quality control inspections, and enforce OSHA safety standards for painting, waterproofing, and roofing crews., • Prepare budgets, track costs, and manage change orders to maintain profitability., • Work directly with General Contractors, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors., • Review project specifications, submittals, and manage RFIs., • Oversee and mentor field teams and foremen, ensuring productivity and efficiency., • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction projects., • Strong background in commercial painting project management, plus hands-on knowledge of roofing systems and waterproofing construction methods., • Skilled in construction software (Procore, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, or similar)., • Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings, schedules, and scopes of work., • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills., • OSHA 30 Certification required., • Roofing/Waterproofing manufacturer certifications (Elevate, Carlisle, GAF, Tremco, etc.) strongly preferred., • Competitive salary + performance bonuses., • Health Insurance Allowance., • Company Truck, Tablet, Phone, • 401k, • Career advancement opportunities within a growing division., • A team-oriented environment that values safety, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.
