We’re looking for someone reliable to handle the daily processing of these permits at AAA (American Automobile Association) locations in New York. What you'll do • Prepare and print IDP applications at your home (we can discuss getting a printer for you) OR pick up a batch of IDP applications from 187 Sterling Place, Brooklyn, • Take the applications to a AAA office to be processed in person. You can use the Brooklyn location (2334 Ralph Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234), the Manhattan location (1881 Broadway, New York, NY 10023), or the Queens location (20-11 Francis Lewis Blvd, Whitestone, NY 11357), • Wait 30-60 minutes while AAA processes and prints the permits, • Take a clear photo of each completed permit, • Place the permits into pre-addressed envelopes, then drop them off at a nearby FedEx or Post Office, depending on the shipping method specified Schedule The timing each day is flexible, but the task has to be completed while AAA is open (roughly 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday). This needs to be done almost every day Monday through Friday, so I'm looking for someone who wants steady, ongoing work. What I'm looking for • Reliability and punctuality: the permits need to go out the same day, • Attention to detail (correct paperwork, clear photos, right envelopes), • Good communication so we can coordinate pickups Room to grow If you're interested in taking on more responsibility, there's potential to expand the role into other parts of the business, such as customer service, over time.
