Purpose: Lead on-site installation crews to safely and efficiently complete company projects while driving productivity and maintaining high morale. A Day in the Life: • Begin with a jobsite safety briefing and crew check-in to ensure OSHA compliance., • Review billboard installation plans and confirm readiness of cranes, rigging, and heavy equipment., • Lead your signage crew to the job site and coordinate crane operations for monopole and structure assembly., • Oversee installation of billboards, catwalks, and digital signage displays with precision and safety., • Troubleshoot challenges such as weather delays, rigging adjustments, or site logistics., • Maintain live communication with the home office and submit safety sign-offs, job photos, and digital reports., • Verify accurate time tracking for payroll and monitor productivity against project goals., • Supervise and manage daily operations of 2–4 installers across varied job sites., • Oversee jobsite safety, equipment readiness, and logistics., • Ensure proper assembly of monopoles, structures, catwalks, and digital displays., • Conduct tailgate safety meetings and maintain live communication with crews., • Perform quality checks and resolve field issues promptly., • Manage clock-in/out for crew and foreman to ensure accurate payroll and efficiency tracking., • Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment to company standards., • Communicate field-level data to the home office (safety sign-offs, receipts, job photos)., • Provide ongoing crew training and corrective actions when needed., • Safety / incident rate, • Daily productivity vs. quoted GM per project, • Rework frequency, • Material and equipment efficiency, • Crew turnover rate, • Leadership and team management, • Rigging and crane coordination, • Problem-solving under pressure, • OSHA compliance and safety-first mindset, • Technical proficiency in welding, cutting, heavy equipment, and field fabrication, • Minimum 3 years in signage, utility, or tower work, • 1+ year leading crews on technical or construction projects, • OSHA 30 certification (current or previous), • Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred, • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather, • Familiarity with digital job tracking systems and GPS tools is a plus Based in Dallas, TX with regular regional travel (50–75%, typically <4 consecutive nights). Monday–Friday, occasional weekends. 10+ hour shifts; 30–50 hours/week.
