Job DescriptionSalary: Technical Product Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a new multichannel flight loyalty experience system, spanning mobile (Flutter) and web (React) platforms. This is a greenfield build with deep integration across backend systems, loyalty engines, and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of a seamless, scalable, and secure user experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead product discovery, stakeholder alignment, and technical scoping for mobile and web loyalty experiences, • Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact, • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate requirements into clear, prioritized backlogs, • Drive system integration planning across loyalty platforms, CRM systems, airline APIs, and AWS infrastructure, • Own technical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and rigor, • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring velocity and quality, • Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and system performance to guide iterative improvements, • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards across all touchpoints Required Tech Stack & Skills • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in multichannel environments (mobile + web), • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS), • Experience with loyalty systems, CRM integrations, and backend service orchestration, • Familiarity with Flutter and React development workflows and constraints, • Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication, • Exceptional ability to write clear, actionable user stories, technical specs, and product briefs, • Strong analytical mindsetcomfortable with data, metrics, and performance dashboards Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience in travel tech, customer engagement platforms, or regulated environments, • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, serverless functions, or GraphQL, • Background in UX strategy, service design, or platform modernization, • Contributions to product or tech communities Soft Skills • Strong facilitation skills with both tech and business audiences, • Clear communicator with ability to manage competing priorities, • Structured and detail-oriented but flexible in approach, • Resilient in fast-moving environments with shifting requirements, • Collaborative and respectful in cross-functional, hybrid teams Some of the benefits youll enjoy working with us: • The chance to join an organization with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built., • The opportunity to form part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts., • A highly competitive compensation package., • Medical insurance.
