The Supply team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products to the customer. Due to quickly expanding volume, we are in need of a highly motivated and goal-oriented Receiving & Support Associate. The primary emphasis of this position is receiving and general warehouse labor. Receiving & Support Associates will report to the Support Supervisor and work closely with the forklift team, line restockers and the production team. The main warehouse is located on Ferguson Ln - but there may be travel to other local warehouses if the need arises. What You'll Bring • Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds, • Use equipment such as dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse. Push up to 60 pounds., • Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand all safety guidelines and job requirements, • Adhere to defined quality and fulfillment production standards, • Experience working in a warehouse environment, • Forklift certification or experience using warehouse equipment, • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently, • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, • Unload trucks by hand, pallet jack, or forklift, • Stretch wrap and band pallets, • Perform material handling and rework, • Cut wood for pallets as needed, • Assist with landscaping and yard maintenance, • Clean and maintain common warehouse areas, • Move, stage, and restock materials to support production, • Serve as flexible labor for pick/pack, parcel shipping, and freight shipping teams, • Travel to other local warehouses to support operations when required, • A merit-based environment that rewards growth and accomplishment regardless of seniority, • Generous paid time off, • 4% 401K company matching with instant vesting (after one year), • Excellent group health insurance available to employees and dependents, including domestic partners (4 medical plans, 2 dental plans, and a vision plan to choose from), • Flexible spending account (FSA) for health care and child care costs, • Company-paid & Supplementary Life Insurance; Long-term & Short-term disability, • Free UPLIFT Desk (after one year), • 50% discount on all UPLIFT products, • Free healthy (and not so healthy) snacks and drinks, • On-the-job training and skills development, • Compensation: $18.00/hr, • Type: Full-time, • Employee Status: Regular, • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week As a fast growing, mid-sized Direct To Consumer (DTC) brand company, it’s our mission to deliver sincere, world-class customer service.
