Responsibilities: • Execute and oversee full-scope kitchen remodeling including cabinet installation, countertops, tile, flooring, finish carpentry, painting, trim, and accessory installs, • Lead crews or work independently depending on project scope, • Serve as primary point-of-contact with homeowners on job site, • Read and interpret complex plans with precision and efficiency, • Maintain strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards, • Mentor junior and lead installers, supporting skill development and efficiency, • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-scope kitchen remodeling or related carpentry work, • Mastery of cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, and related tools and equipment, • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, • Ability to problem-solve on-site and deliver consistent quality without oversight, • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, • Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in physically active environmentsPreferred but not required:, • Experience in custom cabinetry, cabinet refacing, or wood refinishing, • Experience training or managing remodeling crews Schedule: Monday Friday Occasional weekends optional or based on project deadlines Why You Should Apply: • High-paying opportunity with steady work and respected brand, • Recognition for mastery of the trade and leadership contributions, • Join a team that values your experience and supports your goals
