We are looking for a SAP COE FICO Lead (FICO, Ariba, SuccessFactors) interested in starting a career with a top ranked and growing snack company, as part of our Technology Department at PIM's Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey. This position will report to our Senior Director, SAP Center of Excellence. This experienced SAP COE Finance Lead will support and optimize our SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will be responsible for the stabilization, enhancement, and governance of finance-related SAP capabilities including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay processes, and financial integrations with SAP SuccessFactors. The Finance Lead will serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT, ensuring SAP solutions support financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise. • Finance Application Stabilization, • Lead resolution of issues related to SAP Finance, Procure-to-Pay, and HR financial integrations., • Ensure system stability, process adherence, and data accuracy across finance operations., • Support finance teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles., • Finance Functional Leadership, • Serve as the primary functional lead for SAP Finance within the SAP COE., • Oversee configuration, optimization, and enhancements across core finance modules including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Margin Analysis / CO-PA, Product Costing, • Ensure strong integration between Finance and other SAP modules including Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing., • Ariba Financial Process Ownership, • Provide functional leadership for SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay processes including:, • Buying and Invoicing, • Supplier Lifecycle Management, • Supplier onboarding and compliance, • Invoice reconciliation and integration with SAP AP, • Ensure seamless integration between Ariba and S/4HANA Finance for procurement transactions, supplier payments, and financial reporting., • Support ongoing optimization of supplier management and procurement workflows., • SuccessFactors Financial Integration, • Oversee financial integration between SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Finance, including:, • Payroll accounting postings, • Workforce cost allocations, • HR-to-Finance integration processes, • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial postings and reporting related to workforce costs., • Continuous Improvement & Enhancements, • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through S/4HANA capabilities including:, • Universal Journal, • Embedded analytics, • Automation of financial workflows, • Procurement and supplier management improvements, • Lead design and implementation of enhancements aligned with business priorities., • Governance & Change Management, • Participate in SAP COE governance including: Change control board reviews, solution design approvals, and transport governance, • Maintain functional documentation including configuration workbooks, process flows, and functional specifications., • Support financial audit readiness and compliance requirements., • Stakeholder Engagement, • Partner with Finance leadership, Procurement teams, HR leadership, and IT to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs., • Lead functional workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders., • Translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions., • Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer, • Mentor functional analysts within the SAP COE., • Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users and internal support teams., • Work closely with technical teams including ABAP, Integration, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions., • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, • 812+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in FICO, • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA finance environments, • Experience working with SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay solutions, • Understanding of HR/Payroll financial integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, • Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance and procurement processes, • Experience operating in an SAP COE or post-go-live support model, • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, • Travel 25% to our Somerset, NJ manufacturing factory location Preferred Qualifications: • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification, • Experience with:, • SAP Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, or Buying & Invoicing, • SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or payroll integrations, • Group Reporting or financial consolidation, • Experience in CPG or manufacturing environments, • Familiarity with finance automation tools such as HighRadius Worksite: • The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey, • The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Friday.
