Job DescriptionReporting to the Executive Director, Sales, Biologique Recherche is seeking a passionate, results-focused Regional Sales Director, West. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and executing the sales strategy within his/her region to achieve sales targets in the B2B wholesale channel while protecting the brand’s premium professional positioning. Strong emphasis on driving sales results, organizational optimization, building partnerships and driving a high-performing team. This position is remote and will be responsible for the West territory; and should be based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution • Execute and drive strategic business direction, in territory, by identifying new market/channel opportunities that align with BR goals and objectives in the B2B wholesale channel to achieve/exceed sales Team Management, • Recruit, develop, manage, lead, coach, and motivate a high performing sales team., • Define optimize team/territory structure, set performance and development goals.Sales and Profitability, • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targeted sales goals as well as new product launch sales goals., • Prospecting new business development opportunities within assigned territory, • Elevate our brand by ensuring compliance of all spas with merchandising, promotional, online and communication guidelines., • Consult, recommend, and sell BR product lines., • Ensure meeting budget targets.Client Relationship Building, • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key wholesale partners, understanding their business objectives and supporting their business to drive optimal results., • Develop strong internal relationships with cross functional leaders (Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance, Develop, onboard and manage new and existing business and services within spas, medi-spas, and resorts., • Cultivate and build relationships with accounts/ conduct daily calls to clients ensuring the highest level of customer service is upheld., • Provide in-person, and conference call as needed., • In conjunction with the Education department, ensure education training plans are in place for accounts., • Contribute to the organization of and participate in Seminars and Workshops., • Answer customers’ questions and resolve concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner., • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the Brand’s product offerings / understand the features and benefits of each product in the line., • Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers., • Understand the customers’ existing non Biologique Recherche product lines and suggest comparable products and alternatives., • Organize client events in collaboration with the marketing department and provide on-site support. Sales Administration, • Prepare sales orders as needed., • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities. P&L Management, • Oversee and manage budget within territory.Experience, • Bachelor’s degree in business management, • 5+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership role with P&L responsibility and a proven track record of growth., • Excellent proficiency within Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), • Results driven/focused, • Strong leadership abilities, • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal), • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills, • Strong organizational & project management skills and, • Exceptional customer service, • Strong negotiation skills, • Team management skills, • Results focused., • Customer service focused, • Strong interpersonal skills, • Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships, • Effective communication/selling skills through exceptional product knowledge, • Must be willing to travel (30%) and have the ability to stay overnight in company approved accommodations. Flexibility for occasional weekend trips, • Must have valid Drivers License and vehicle must also represent the Company’s professional image.Compensation: Base Salary starting at $120,000+.
