Job Description Title: Cybersecurity & Network Engineer Department: Information Technology Reports To: Chief Information Technology & Digital Officer (CITDO) or Manager, Technical Services FLSA Status: Exempt Location: On-site — Ronkonkoma, NY (with flexible work-from-home as needed) Position Overview The Cybersecurity & Network Engineer designs, secures, and operates the organization’s IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. This hands-on role strengthens Qosina’s network backbone and cybersecurity posture; configuring firewalls, switches, and virtual environments while performing penetration tests, audits, and incident response. It is a balanced position for an engineer equally skilled in infrastructure management and cyber defense.
