Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER SUMMARY: Working under the guidance and direction of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager will work with the Branch Manager to learn how to effectively manage branch operations, develop staff, and promote the sales and service culture. The Assistant Branch Manager has responsibility for supervision of branch staff, achievement of sales and service goals and operational activities. Ensure Member service meets or exceeds expectations. Assure productive workflow and that all operations are consistent with internal and external policies and regulations.
