LÍDER DEL EQUIPO DE EXPERIENCIA DEL CLIENTE Como Líder del Equipo de Experiencia del Cliente (GETL) en Impact Kitchen, estableces altos estándares de hospitalidad y te apasiona asegurar que los clientes disfruten su experiencia. Creas interacciones positivas en cada momento del recorrido del cliente y fomentas un sentido de comunidad al tomar pedidos, servir o apoyar en el servicio. Colaboras con el equipo de Experiencia Culinaria para garantizar un excelente trabajo en equipo. Eres un miembro integral del equipo, preparando una variedad de bebidas con altos estándares y en tiempos rápidos. EQUIPO Y DEPARTAMENTO Los Líderes del Equipo de Experiencia del Cliente generan impacto cada día liderando las operaciones de atención al cliente (front-of-house), así como capacitando y desarrollando a los miembros del equipo.
