Job Details Position Summary We are is seeking a Litigation Associate (3-5 years) to join our General Liability, Labor Law, and Transportation team in White Plains, New York. This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their cases in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As we continue to grow, we currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist who is up for the challenge. Summary/Objective: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist prepares, administers and measures radioactive isotopes in diagnostic cardiac studies using a variety of radioisotope equipment. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for preparing stock solutions of radioactive materials and calculating doses to be administered by cardiologists. Essential Functions: • Administers radiopharmaceuticals intravenously to detect or treat cardiac related diseases, using radioisotope equipment, under direction of a cardiologist., • Calculates, measures and records radiation dosage or radiopharmaceuticals received, used, and disposed, using computer and following physician’s prescription., • Ensures and maintains quality control in regard to patient care and equipment usage., • Performs quality control checks on laboratory equipment, meters, and/or cameras, log into system, follow appropriate procedures for addressing and documenting issues., • Maintains and calibrates radioisotope and laboratory equipment; send out for calibration as needed, • Disposes of radioactive materials and stores radiopharmaceuticals, following radiation safety procedures., • Processes cardiac function studies, using computer., • Prepares radiopharmaceuticals, adhering to safety standards that minimize radiation exposure to workers and patients., • Records and processes results of procedures., • Explains test procedures and safety precautions to patients and provide them with assistance during test procedures., • Complete system/document backup at end of each scan day, • Document monthly supply inventory and submit to Corporate, • Meet with RSO quarterly, • Inventory and submit supply lists in a timely manner, • Communicates all issues to provider, Supervisor, and Corporate Office, • Ensure mobile unit is clean and orderly, all staff is appropriately attired and wearing personal dosimeter(s), • Ensure all signage, licenses, Chemtrec, and ACR related documentation is up to date, received, signed and/or filed; ensure all paperwork is printed and available for monthly inspections, • Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Job Description Title: Homeless Outreach Worker Reports To: Homeless Outreach Supervisor FLSA: Non-Exempt Status: Full-time Supervisory Responsibility: Not Applicable Who we are? CHOICE is an agency that takes pride in providing case management and advocacy services for our clients with mental health or physical health illnesses. We specialize in providing quality coordination of care, referrals, peer support, groups, and other related services in a friendly environment. Purpose of the Role: Our Homeless Outreach Worker (HOW) assists with services to individuals living with a mental illness and/or experiencing homelessness. Our Homeless Outreach Worker is also expected to engage individuals who are experiencing homelessness either on the streets or in shelters to provide advocacy, assist with connection to benefits, and housing. Essential Functions of the Role: Upon assignment of a new client, proceeding within the required guidelines, the Homeless Outreach Worker is to immediately contact the client, set an appointment to meet with the client at a CHOICE office or off-site to complete all required paperwork. For all assigned cases: · Set client goals and align care activities in accordance with these goals. · Monitor progress of goals, adjust care plans accordingly. · Collect and enter data and notes accurately, thoroughly and timely, documenting activities and outcomes into case management systems. · Plan and execute care activities in accordance with client goals to minimize any potential issues with billing and reimbursement to the agency. · Plan and utilize time so that needed outcomes for the client are achieved and completed within the time frame set by the Supervisor. · Proactively communicate with Homeless Outreach Supervisor on any emerging issues and needed adjustments. · Connect with each assigned client minimally 4x per month. · Review assigned caseload with Homeless Outreach Supervisor 2 times per month to ensure effective case management (as noted above); make adjustments as needed. · Develop and maintain productive and results-oriented relationships with mission-critical persons at outside organizations. · Attend meetings, as necessary, at the Department of Community Mental Health, to review client cases. · Complete street outreach assessment (VI-SPDAT)as requested by HOW Supervisor. · Using the full capacity of one’s ongoing experience and training, demonstrate the progressive ability to problem solve, advocate, mediate and handle increasingly complex tasks related to care coordination. · Do not settle for “because that’s the way it has always been done”, rather be fearless in the pursuit of excellence and achieving the needed outcomes for our clients and the agency at large. · Other activities as assigned.
