Job Description Shift: M-F, 6-2:30p Pay: $22.50/hr Your primary duties and responsibilities will be: • Fabrication and Assembly:, • Fabricate and assemble custom millwork components using PVC materials., • Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including routers, saws, sanders, and other equipment, to cut, shape, and finish PVC., • Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to create precise and durable products., • Quality Control:, • Inspect work throughout the process to ensure all components meet company and client quality standards., • Perform final inspections to confirm accurate assembly, measurements, and finishes., • Tool and Equipment Maintenance:, • Maintain and operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently., • Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues promptly., • Safety and Cleanliness:, • Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency., • Other duties as assigned We believe the successful candidate will have: Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Experience as a bench carpenter, fabricator, or similar role preferred., • Familiarity with PVC material is highly desirable; training may be provided for candidates with related carpentry experience. Core Competencies: • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders., • Experience with carpentry tools, including those specifically suited for PVC work., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality., • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during fabrication and assembly., • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods., • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
