ABOUT THE ROLE: The Stepping Stones Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing services and operations of the emergency shelter program operating out of the PodShare site. The Stepping Stones Site Supervisor will provide supervision to a team of direct service workers and case managers operating out of the site. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of individuals onsite and coordinating with security to ensure that they are conducting regular site rotations. The role will also be responsible for conducting outreach and supporting the case managers in triaging referrals and ensuring that youth are connected to housing and resources. The Supervisor will be responsible for reviewing documentation, completing regular reporting, providing training and coaching, liaising with partner organizations, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of direct service to at-risk populations and trauma-informed care. Specific knowledge or experience related to transitional aged youth experiencing homelessness is a plus.
