Job Description Summary or overview of job duties: Starting pay rate is $19. After successful completion of training, rate increases to $19.50. After additional training on web tickets, rate increases to $20. All applicants must live within driving distance of our Piscataway, NJ office. Full and part-time shifts available. Classroom training and on-the-phone training is in our Piscataway office. After successful completion of a portion of phone training, the position is remote. Everyone should plan to be in the office for at least 1 month. We are an inbound call center that processes mark out requests for excavation purposes. All candidates must enjoy customer service and answering incoming calls. He/she must have the ability to accurately type a minimum of 35 wpm. The employee must project a professional image through phone and personal interaction. He/she must be able to troubleshoot problems and provide resolution to our clients inquiries. In addition this position requires a detail oriented individual with excellent attendance.
