CFS is hiring a full-desk Executive Recruiter to join our team in Bakersfield! This sales role is responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting top accounting and finance talent; "match making" professionals with opportunities; and building long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers. Average year 1 OTE $65,000 - $75,000. Year 2 and beyond $70,000 - 100,000+., • Long term wealth: 401K + match.
