Job Description Immigration and International Human Rights Legal Intern About the Internship This internship program is designed for current undergraduate students interested in immigration law, international human rights, or public interest work. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of an immigration law practice, with a focus on humanitarian and family-based immigration matters, including asylum, deportation defense, family petitions, and advocacy before international bodies. Interns will join the team for one semester under a hybrid model, working approximately 15–20 hours per week for 10–12 weeks, including one in-person day each week at our DC office. This is a non-client-facing role that provides meaningful opportunities to develop legal research, case preparation, and administrative skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
