Job DescriptionBenefits: • Bonus based on performance, • Company parties, • Competitive salary, • Flexible schedule, • Opportunity for advancement Project scheduling and coordination, including the development, maintenance, and management of project schedules, sequencing of activities, milestone tracking, and coordination of timelines across all trades and stakeholders. Subcontractor and vendor coordination, including sourcing, scheduling, communication, oversight, and management of subcontractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality performance. Site/project supervision and reporting, including on-site oversight(when required), verification of work progress, compliance monitoring, daily activity tracking, and preparation of written site and status reports. Quality control oversight, including inspection of work in progress, verification of compliance with plans, specifications, and standards, and coordination of corrective actions when deficiencies are identified (Either in person or via photos/videos from subcontractor onsite). Safety coordination, including implementation and monitoring of safety procedures, enforcement of site safety standards, coordination with safety officers and vendors, and reporting of incidents or hazards(If identified hazards exist, report up to MJZ management immediately). Budget tracking and cost monitoring, including tracking vendor costs, monitoring budget performance, identifying cost variances, and reporting financial impacts to MJZ NY upper management. Documentation and reporting, including preparation, maintenance, and management of project records, work orders, invoices, service tickets, schedules, and compliance documentation. Client coordination and communication, including direct interaction with clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, managing expectations, and representing MJZ NY in a professional manner. Schedule updates and progress reporting, including preparation and delivery of routine progress reports, schedule updates, milestone tracking, and performance reporting to MJZ NY and its clients. Responding to customer-generated service tickets distributed through MJZ NYs proprietary maintenance ticketing software, including coordination, documentation, vendor dispatch, status updates, and resolution tracking. Use of personal phone and personal computer. Onboarding and training of new PM, APMs if requested by Company. This position is a 1099 contract employee.
