This role supports safe and efficient plant operations by diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and accurately documenting all maintenance activities. Primary Responsibilities • Execute monthly preventive maintenance schedules, • Perform lubrication, part replacements, and equipment cleaning, • Inspect machinery for wear, and damage, • Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions, • Record possible maintenance repairs, • Maintain accurate service logs and equipment histories, • Report recurring issues and recommend corrective actions, • Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations, • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, • Maintain clean and organized work areas, • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, • High school diploma or GED required, • Technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred, • Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance environments, • Experience with high-volume production equipment preferred, • Proficient with hand tools, and power tools, • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, • Attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and with a team, • Excellent communication and documentation skills, • Experience in industrial or high-volume manufacturing plant environment required, • Frequent standing, walking, heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, and climbing, • May require working at heights or in confined spaces
