Ideal candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be willing to travel from property to property and be willing to communicate and take photos when needed. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety are essential. This position may involve some physical tasks such as shoveling, lifting and moving items. Positive attitude is key. May be considered for handyman position as well.
