About the Role: The Per Diem Administrator on Duty (AOD) is responsible for supporting health, safety, and overall functioning of the residential program during assigned shifts. While not a supervisory role, the per diem AOD is expected to provide on-the-ground support to direct care staff, assist in resolving issues that arise during the shift, and escalate concerns appropriately.
