About the Position We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our Riverside office as an IOP Behavioral Medicine Specialist. You will work on a beautiful campus, with a robust clinical team, specializing in workers' compensation cases. We provide high-quality intensive outpatient care to patients who have been injured at work and require comprehensive behavioral medicine intervention. Primary Responsibilities: • Facilitate intensive outpatient group therapy sessions focused on behavioral medicine interventions, • Provide individual therapy for anxiety, PTSD, depression, chronic pain, sleep problems, brain injury and work-related stress. Evidenced based training is available for the right candidates, if not already trained., • Conduct comprehensive clinical treatment planning, • Implement evidence-based behavioral medicine protocols for pain management, stress reduction, and functional restoration, • Collaborate with our transdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care, • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes, • Contribute to our mission of achieving exceptional patient outcomes Specialties We Treat: • Chronic Pain Disorders, • Brain Injuries (TBI/Concussion), • PTSD & Trauma, • Sleep Problems/CBT-i, • Depression & Anxiety, • Work-Related Stress, • Functional Restoration Required Qualifications: • One of the following active, unrestricted California licenses:, • Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), • Current, unrestricted licensure in the State of California, • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Preferred Qualifications: • Experience facilitating group therapy or intensive outpatient programs, • Clinical experience in behavioral medicine, health psychology, or integrated care settings, • Background in depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, or brain injuries, • Experience with Workers' Compensation, Medical/Legal, or rehabilitation settings, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions for medical populations Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and licensure level, • Generous monthly bonus program for all full-time employees, • Weekly clinical training and professional development, • Opportunities for conference presentations and speaking engagements, • Supportive, collaborative work environment, • Specialized training in behavioral medicine and IOP best practices About Institutes of Health With locations in Anaheim, San Diego, Riverside, and El Centro, IOH has built a reputation for excellence in biopsychosocial transdisciplinary care.
