Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor at Hope Matters Institute provides supportive, ethical, and development-focused supervision to associate clinicians while ensuring compliance with California BBS requirements and HMI clinical standards. This role includes comprehensive review of associate documentation—including progress notes, initial assessments, and treatment plans—to ensure clinical accuracy, medical necessity, and insurance compliance. Supervisors provide weekly individual and triadic supervision, support case conceptualization and clinical decision-making, and play a key role in clinician development, retention, and overall clinical quality. Supervisors are expected to oversee and support up to 6 associate clinicians. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Clinical Supervisor maintains a clinical caseload of approximately 10 clients. ***Supervisors will initially build and maintain their caseload while undergoing insurance credentialing, which may take several months. Once credentialed, supervisors will transition into full documentation review responsibilities across their assigned associates. This role works closely with leadership to uphold clinical excellence, maintain compliance standards, and support a high-functioning clinical team. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team, full or part-time. Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (current and in good standing) and compliance with state regulatory requirements.

Job Summary: Provides mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members who present themselves from psychiatric evaluation with a broad range of mental health needs. Collaborates with treating physician, psychiatric and allied health professional team to plan and direct each individual members treatment program. Essential Responsibilities: • Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of Health Plan members with acute or chronic mental illness. May be required to participate in the department on-call rotation., • Collaborates with physicians in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications, within the scope of practice. Utilizes resources of public and private agencies and community organizations to meet the needs of the members treatment. May develop, implements, and evaluates behavioral medicine and health psychology programs in a variety of settings, including primary care. Provides consultation to other care providers and health educators on matters relating to mental health, health psychology and behavioral medicine. About the Role The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for working within an inter-disciplinary environment with a variety of professionals to help children and their families reach the common goals of building social skills, learning to manage emotions and developing behavioral strategies so the child can be successful. This role exists because of program growth and expanded services. This is not a desk job. This role is embedded directly in the residential program working with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support stabilization, healing, and long-term success. Position Title: Counselor Faculty (Temporary) - 2 vacancies for AY-schedule and 2 vacancies for 12-month schedule School/Department Name: Student Affairs / Counseling and Psychological Services Department/College Summary: The Student Wellness Center provides caring, quality, integrated, student-centered health, counseling, and wellness promotion services to SJSU students in support of their ability to perform optimally, physically, and mentally. Within Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), professionally trained clinicians are available for students on an individual, couple, or group basis for therapeutic services on a variety of psychological and mental health issues. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician provides evidence-based behavioral and psychological services as an integral member of an interdisciplinary chronic pain, brain injury rehabilitation, and behavioral medicine team. This role delivers comprehensive assessments, diagnostic formulations (within licensure scope), individual and group psychotherapies, and treatment planning to support functional restoration and improved patient outcomes for chronic pain, brain injury, and psychological injury. The clinician collaborates closely with physicians, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care within a specialty medical practice. This position requires four days onsite and one day remote each week.
