Key Responsibilities: * Assemble metal and mechanical components according to diagrams and work instructions. * Use power tools, hand tools, and measuring devices (such as measuring tape, calipers, etc.) to complete assembly tasks. * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols. * Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and targets. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Assist with basic CNC machine tasks as needed (training can be provided). * Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly. * Participate in documenting and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support process consistency and efficiency. Qualifications: * Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. * Basic knowledge of CNC machinery is a plus but not required. * Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools. * Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape and other measurement tools. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Punctual, reliable, and a team player. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs].
