Our team supports multiple production lines, automated equipment, CNC machinery, and industrial systems. We are committed to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility. Position Overview The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency. This role supports daily manufacturing operations, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency repair activities as required. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Repair • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and adjustment on CNC machines, lathes, mills, presses, furnaces, ovens, plating equipment, and other production machinery., • Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement corrective action., • Follow established PM schedules and complete maintenance tasks on time., • Record work performed in CMMS / maintenance management system., • Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, hazard communication, and facility safety rules., • Complete maintenance logs, downtime reports, work orders, and parts usage records., • Communicate issues with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Management to prevent recurring failures., • High school diploma or GED (technical certificate or vocational training preferred)., • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment., • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems., • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings., • Experience with basic machine shop tools and metrology equipment., • Experience with CNC machine repair (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Fanuc, etc.)., • PLC troubleshooting / controls experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc)., • Welding, fabrication, pipefitting, or rigging capabilities., • Familiarity with NFPA 70E, NEC electrical standards, and LOTO.
